How We Work
After 16 years working in recruitment, I was finding that the agency world was becoming more and more KPI driven and both the candidates and clients needs were not always being met.

I wanted to form a business where I could go back to basics and really understand what my clients and candidates were looking for.
Hiring the suitable candidate can not only be costly but also time consuming, I am passionate about identifying candidates who not only match the job requirements but also possess a compatible personality, allowing for growth within the company and their role. That is why I am proud to say that 97% of the positions that I work on go to offer stage.
Unlike one-size-fits-all solutions, I prioritise a client-centric approach. Building lasting relationships is at the core of my business values. I believe in continuous communication, transparency, and a commitment to meeting and exceeding your expectations. My Recruiting Process
Over 16 years I've honed my recruitment process in order to find candidates that fits the role, and your company.
- Meet with client and fully understand brief on the role and meet with the hiring manager and ideally team members
- Advertise role on all major job boards/ Headhunt for more niche roles
- Match skillset on my canddiate database
- Send a maximum of 3 CV’s to Hiring Manager to review
- Arrange interviews and make sure all candidates have been met with and fully understand the role

My limit of only recruiting for 5 companies at a time allows me to spend far more time on a role than most recruitment agencies can.
My close relationship with customers allows me to understand their work culture and role requirements at a greater depth, meaning I can search for the candidate that fits with your company values better.
